Italian Scramble

When I am not drinking Shakeology, this is one of my FAVORITE breakfasts! My daughter also really loves tomatoes, so we eat this very often!

Ingredients:
2 large eggs
4 large egg whites (1/2 cup)
2 tbsp grated parmesean cheese
Non stick cooking spray
5 fresh basil leave, chopped
1/2 medium tomato, diced/chopped



Directions:
Combine Egg whites, eggs, and cheese in a bowl.
Heat skillet, lightly coated with spray, over medium-low heat.
Add egg mixture and cook for 3-4 minutes or until done, stirring occasionally.
Top with basil and tomatoes.
DEVOUR!

You will love it!
